About

Sabrina Kaur is a yoga teacher and educator based in London. She is passionate about making yoga accessible and inclusive, encouraging her students to embrace a daily practice as a way to reconnect with themselves and better their daily lives.

Sabrina was raised in a Sikh family and grew up on a variation of Bhakti Yoga, a practice focused on love and devotion. As part of this practice, she joined her Bibi (maternal grandmother) playing hand-symbols and chanting during kirtan ceremonies at the local Gurdwara (Sikh place of worship), which ignited her passion for this path.

Sabrina began training the body and mind as a small child through competitive swimming and Tae-Kwondo, where she holds a black belt. Following this, she began practicing other forms of spiritual practices like Tai Chi and dream yoga. Often described as a ‘treehugger’, connecting to nature has also been incredibly important on her journey.

Sabrina is a qualified yoga teacher specialising in Vinyasa Flow, Bhakti Yoga, meditation and singing mantras.
