My name is Sabrina, a twenty something, British Indian based in London. I love Yoga, meditation, travelling, Tai Chi, Dream Yoga, bopping my shoulders to old school jams and raiding my Dad’s closet for 90s shirts.
I’m a writer who has been involved in training the body and mind from a young age. I’ve often felt unbalanced and stuck in a world of duality but through Yoga and meditation, I am identifying ways to create balance, understand myself and embrace everyday dichotomies. Martial arts has also aided my learning, teaching me discipline, and through mindfulness practice I am re-introducing myself to myself.
By writing and speaking about training the body and the mind, I hope to spread my knowledge and experiences to help the wellbeing of others and help them understand themselves a bit better.
