Created by celebrity trainer Bizzie Gold, Buti Yoga aims to burn off those extra calories, in a very fast paced and intense cardio session as well as tone muscles, particularly the abdominal muscles, to help strengthen the body. The new form brings together dynamic primal movements and Spiral Structure techniques with Yoga to create a powerful physical workout.
