Food for thought 

Hindus and Sikhs don’t eat cow because it’s considered to be a sacred animal. Muslims don’t eat pig because they say the animal is unclean. In  Tibet, people eat both cow and pig. Who is right?

These different beliefs have grown from our cultures and it can often be difficult to break these conditioned learnings if we do not take time to acknowledge them.

Take a moment to think about your actions. Why am I doing this? Why do I believe in this? What did I do that? Questioning what you consider to be right is the first step to opening your mind and breaking free of limitations and conditioned ignorance.
